To make sure the new kitchen stays uncluttered and ready for hosting, we incorporated some of my favorite custom storage solutions:
Hidden Appliance Garage: We built a lift-up cabinet door that keeps everyday appliances like the microwave completely tucked away when not in use.
Built-In Espresso Station: For the ultimate morning luxury, we designed a custom cabinet cutout specifically tailored for the homeowners' espresso machine—a true coffee lover’s dream!
Integrated Desk Nook: We created a dedicated, streamlined workspace off to the side that blends seamlessly with the surrounding cabinetry.
To balance the rich wood tones, we paired the cabinetry with Viatera Macaubus Bianco quartz countertops. The soft, luminous white surface with delicate veining keeps the room feeling bright, clean, and airy. Behind the range, a glossy cream subway tile backsplash reflects light throughout the workspace, while matte black hardware provides a crisp, modern contrast. Warm hardwood flooring running throughout the entire main level ties the whole home together.
